TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Out of Body Exploration: App Development Fundraiser Contributions
DONATIONS:
Payments are made via Paypal / credit card to info@jeremycloake.com. All payments are made in USD as this is the currency we are using to pay the team of developers. All donations will be used towards the development of this app. Payments are made on a monthly basis to the team of app developers, the video production team and several consultants. If there is an excess in the total budget, this will be included towards future development of the app and new content.

REFUNDS:

As donations come in, they will be regularly allocated to those working on the app, as above. Therefore Jeremy Cloake and the CE-5 Aotearoa team cannot provide refunds under any circumstances, so please be sure of your donation type and amount. Should for any reason the app launch not be made within 18 months from the date of your donation, you are entitled to a full refund. Any refund will be less the Paypal transfer fees associated with the receiving and the refund of your donation.

COMPATIBILITY:

At this stage the app is being developed for iphone only. This might change in the future. Due to compatibility issues when designing apps simultaneously for iphone and Samsung/Android platforms, our coding team has decided it is best to focus on the iphone version for the time being. We might develop the app for Samsung/Android devices once the iphone app is launched. This will be at our discretion.

PRODUCTION TIME FRAME:

The estimated time frame for the release of the app is November 2020. As soon as the app is available all contributors will be notified and complimentary access to the app will be made available to those who have made the appropriate donation. This release date might be extended if needed.

LAUNCH OF THE APP:

We plan to host an event to launch the app. This will likely be in New Zealand however we might also arrange an event in the USA. Everyone who donated to the app development (no matter what value) are welcome to attend this event free of charge.
